Dental Insurance and Payment Options
Dr Bradly Baus has over 30 years of experience and is considered to be a “perfectionist”….in a good way! He treats his patients like family and has deliberately and proudly chosen not to sign ANY insurance contracts which dictate patient care.
We accept all insurance plans. Although we are considered out of network, we are happy to file insurance claims for you and follow up with these claims too. Many times there is little difference between in and out of network coverage. We are also great about working with flexible spending accounts, and obtaining financing for our patients. - Cash or Check: Always accepted.
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
